Evaluation of stayer swimmers’ joint training effectiveness

Abstract:

The sport of higher achievements has its own specificity in the choice of means, methods, pedagogical techniques, methods for achieving goals and objectives in relation to specific categories of athletes in their chosen specialization. The effectiveness of their implementation is reflected in the planned results of the intermediate and main launches. Therefore, the purpose of the study is relevant – to evaluate the effectiveness of one of the pedagogical techniques - joint training of stayer swimmers for further application of the data obtained in their training. The scientific novelty lies in the identification of areas in which the main tasks aimed at long-term effective competitive activity are being solved. The results of the work carried out have practical significance, since they can be introduced into the educational process of athletes at the level of sports schools and clubs with the setting of various goals and objectives corresponding to a certain level of training, qualifications, and training period. Materials. The article presents a table with the distribution of the experimental group swimmers- steyers’ joint training tasks, depending on the direction of their improvement. Research methods. The main research method was to conduct a pedagogical experiment with female steyers with a sports category of 1 adult, the KMS of St. Petersburg Kirov Sports School, the analysis and generalization of scientific literature, pedagogical observation of the training process and behavior of swimmers in the recovery period, questionnaires of coaches and athletes. Results. A table was formed with the distribution of tasks for the joint training of swimmers in the experimental group, depending on the direction of improvement: functional fitness, cognitive abilities, and psychological and emotional base, and their positive assessment was made. Conclusion. The creation of a long term positive emotional background is at the heart of solving one of the main tasks of the coaching staff - expanding the use of pedagogical influences on an athlete in order to increase his functional f itness. One of the most effective techniques is joint training. With their proper organization, as a result, it is possible to increase the effectiveness of training and competitive activities.
