Abstract:
It is noted that biomechanical relay compositions can mean a variety of running options that require athletes to coordinate and interact in a coordinated manner. Purpose the study of the statodynamic compositions of the relay race features in relation to the variations in the manifestation of a person’s psychophysical conditions and the resonance transfer of specialists’ preparedness in the field of assignment. Materials and research methods: in the process of work methods of logical processing of information (distribution, grouping, comparison, generalization, abstraction) were used; epistemological, systemic and content analyses; information compression; testing; analytical forecasting; optimization of information; Qualimetric coagulation. Results. The content of the technical side of the elements of the 4 × 100 m and 4 × 400 m relay races’ implementation, as one of the cyclic athletic disciplines-exercises, is investigated. The most difficult sections in the general polystructure of the relays are reflected: the moment of passing the baton in the established limited zone; methods of passing and the sequence of its movement with the right or left hand along a personal or shared track. Conclusion. It has been established that the most important psychophysical conditions are: speed and speed endurance; spatial coordination and "manual" dexterity; collective or group cohesion, coherence, unity of action. Scientific novelty: it is revealed that the development of relay running is important for different categories of human resources: athletics coaches; school teachers; specialists in the field of professional and applied physical training; the students themselves. For athletics coaches, relay running as an effective training tool is widely used in the training of the strongest sprinters in the world. For school teachers, the use of relay running teaches to develop a sense of teamwork and the ability to concentrate at an early age. For specialists in the f ield of vocational and applied physical training basic lessons are held mainly in higher educational institutions and are aimed at the formation of leading motor skills for specific professions, as well as the development of physical qualities. For students, the relay race helps to gain team interaction skills, show leadership qualities, and the development of such qualities as strength, speed, endurance, agility will help in further professional activities. Practical significance: physical education teachers in thematic plans are recommended to strengthen the correction of athletics relay races’ content volume implementation.
