Abstract:

It is substantiated that the training cumulative function of "unexpected impact dribbling" of high-class basketball players is a predictor of the winning outcome in macro-cycle training. Purpose the work was to study scientific views on the structure and content management of the competitive and mobilization readiness of athletes at the stage of higher sports mastery and to develop a modular technology for increasing its productivity on the example of the basketball team of masters "Derzhava Tambov". Materials and research methods: in the process of work, methods of logical processing of information (distribution, grouping, comparison, generalization, abstraction) were used; retrospective, information compression; testing; pedagogical experiment; One dimensional and multivariate mathematical-biometric analysis. Results. The designed technology for improving the coordination of environmental impulses included the synthesis of means of influencing the "otolith device" (semicircular ducts, elliptical and spherical sacs) and a motor control system. Conclusion. The essence of the modernized technology of modular control of the functional cluster of competitive-mobilization readiness was presented by a combination of active and passive methods of vestibule training. Scientific novelty: the innovation of the concept was represented by the implementation of movements without control of the vision organ mediators, against the background of cardiovascular fatigue and preliminary irritation of master athletes’ vestibulocochlear organ. Practical significance: the summary of the experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the module-concept by means of a significant increase in the desired vestibulo-spatial and coordination components of specific motor actions’ implementation. The team "Derzhava Tambov" for the last 8 games of the Student Basketball Association championship moved to the third position in the standings.
