Abstract:
It is noted that under the influence of a stress factor, among the indicators characterizing the functional state of the cardiovascular system, the vegetative index of rhythm and the index of tension of regulatory systems are subject to the greatest deviations. Purpose the work was aimed at assessing functional changes in the reaction of the cardiovascular system of employees of hyperdynamic work on the example of combat swimmers with different levels of physical fitness to a stress factor modeled by means of physical training, as well as in the process of direct performance of specific actions by them; study of fighters’ physical condition indicators dynamics with different levels of their physical qualities development in extreme conditions. Materials and research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization; testing; simulation; forecasting; pedagogical experiment; mathematical and biometric analysis. Results. The simulated stress factor was a 5-minute wrestling match with elements of freestyle according to simplified rules. A distinctive feature of the rules was that with a "net" win on the carcass or technically by points, the winner was awarded 10 points, and the fight continued further. Conclusion. It is established that the use of innovative tool reliably normalizes heart rate parameters, resynthesis of the body’s recovery processes, improves the productivity of implementing professional actions in case of difficult situations. Scientific novelty: it is revealed that a 5-minute wrestling fight with elements of freestyle according to simplified rules allows us to create conditions of stress close to the extreme conditions of military labor of special specialists, including reconnaissance units. Practical significance: an innovative means of martial arts has been tested and introduced into the educational and training process of the university of law enforcement agencies, which simultaneously determines both the stress effect and the active manifestation of motor skills in a permanently-specified mode of time, regardless of the "intermediate loss" under the terms of the standard rules of wrestling.
