Abstract:
This paper presents the conditions for monitoring and assessing the functional reserves of belt wrestlers’ body, using measuring instruments and computer products. This approach allows for timely correction of the means used during training sessions and competitions. The basis for monitoring and assessing the functional reserves of the belt wrestlers’ body is the identification, collection, storage and analysis of information automatically in a computer implemented system. Purpose: to develop and test a formula for assessing the body reserves of belt wrestlers. The novelty of the work lies in the development of possibilities for assessing the body's potential reserves to create model characteristics. The practical significance of this work lies in the creation of an automated system for designing the training of highly qualified belt wrestlers and selecting a sports reserve. Methods and research material. The main content of the work was the study of the functional reserves of the belt wrestlers’ heart and skeletal muscles with the involvement of university students. An analysis of the authors' scientific research was conducted. The functional reserves of the heart were measured using the method of S.A. Dushanin, and the reserves of skeletal muscles were measured using the “CALLIBRI MUSCLE TRACKER”. Electromyogram decoding was performed automatically. Physical load was set on the «Kettler» bicycle ergometer. The resulting digital material formed the basis for the development of patent No. 2823469, IPC G16H 50/20. Results. The computer implemented system consists of several blocks such as: "Electrocardiography", "Myography", "Bicycle ergometry". Each of them consists of “Input” and “Data Output” sub-blocks, where the subject is registered. The indicators for three body reserves are recorded. Data is loaded continuously after each measurement into a computer system, which automatically calculates intermediate indicators. Next, they are converted into point values and stored in the database. To facilitate the calculation of the potential reserve capabilities of the belt wrestlers' body, a formula has been developed that includes three main physiological systems of the body: the heart, skeletal muscles and systems under load. Conclusion. The potential reserves of belt wrestlers’ body after the 1st session of the study was 58.2%, after the 2nd session of the study – 72.8%. At the base stage, the wrestlers’ body reserves improved by 14.6%. The capabilities of heart reserves are closely related to the muscular system and the ability to work under load. Based on the results of bicycle ergometer testing, it is possible to observe the work of the cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems, and assess the potential that exists among wrestlers at the time of the study.
