Abstract:
In the modern world, where a sedentary lifestyle and intensive mental labor prevail, especially in large cities, the problem of reduced performance caused by physical inactivity is becoming more and more urgent. Performance, like a multifaceted indicator of physical and social well-being, reflects a person's ability to perform tasks with a given efficiency. At the age of 40-45 years, women have a restructuring of the body, a decrease in physical activity, against the background of this there is a deterioration in the emotional state. That is why maintaining the high performance of this age women is an important task affecting the quality of life, professional activity and social activity. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of a method for improving performance in women 40-45 years old using cycle simulators. Materials. The study involved 24 women, divided into control and study groups. The methodology included three blocks: retracting period (24 classes), special preparatory period (60 classes) and stabilizing period (24 classes). The program combined cycling training and stretching elements, which provided cardiovascular stress, muscle strengthening and an improvement in the psycho-emotional state. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in physical performance, strength of the pectoral muscles, muscles of the trunk and lower extremities, as well as positive changes in the psycho-emotional state of the participants in the study group. Conclusion. Thus, the developed technique has proven its effectiveness in increasing the performance, improving the physical and emotional state of women 40-45 years old, which makes it an effective tool for maintaining health and activity in this age period. Scientific novelty. The novelty of the study lies in substantiating the effectiveness of an integrated approach, including cycling training (as a method of safe cardio) and stretching (as a method of increasing muscle elasticity), in increasing performance in women aged 40-45 years. Practical significance. A technique has been developed for the combined use of cycling training and stretching, as well as musical accompaniment to the training process, which makes it possible to improve performance in women aged 40-45 years.
