Abstract:
The article provides an overview of publications devoted to delayed clinical and functional manifestations of asthenic syndrome in the structure of post-COVID syndrome and presents the results of rehabilitation using the KARBONIK breathing simulator in combination and in isolation with the PROSPECTA drug in the protracted course of coronavirus infection in young people regularly involved in physical education and people leading a sedentary lifestyle who do not play sports. The purpose of the article: to analyze the impact of various rehabilitation complexes for individuals who regularly engage in physical education and individuals who lead a sedentary lifestyle with post-COVID asthenic syndrome. Materials. The study involved 120 young people (aged 18-44) with the clinical picture of post-COVID asthenic syndrome (60 people who regularly engage in physical education and 60 people who lead a sedentary lifestyle and do not play sports). Research methods. Analysis of literature data, survey and testing of observed subjects, clinical, instrumental and laboratory examinations in individuals with prolonged asthenic syndrome with probable or confirmed coronavirus infection in the anamnesis, questionnaires, methods of statistical data processing. Results. The clinical results of various rehabilitation complexes for post-COVID asthenic syndrome are presented. The testing of the subjects using the 4DSQ questionnaire (4DDT) made it possible to determine the significance of distress, somatization, depression and anxiety in the formation of vegetative-vascular manifestations of post-COVID asthenia. Scientific novelty. Determining the effectiveness of various rehabilitation methods for post-COVID asthenia in young people with a sedentary lifestyle and actively engaged in physical education on a regular basis. Practical significance. The results of rehabilitation showed that its effectiveness is higher in those examined who are regularly engaged in physical education than in patients leading a sedentary lifestyle. The identified patterns allow planning the treatment and rehabilitation process in patients with post COVID asthenic syndrome. Conclusion. The best results were obtained when using breathing exercises in rehabilitation using the "CARBONIC" simulator against the background of taking the drug "PROSPECTA" in those examined who are regularly involved in physical education.
