Eight basic pedagogical skills were assessed on a five-point scale using the expert assessment method; their maximum total value for physical education teachers is 40 points. Practical significance. Educational institutions can use the research results to develop training programs and advanced training for teachers that will be aimed at improving the pedagogical skills of physical education teachers. Results.
