The basis of the study was the educational communications of the St. Petersburg University of the Russia Ministry of Internal Affairs. Results. The criteria sought were the indicators of polystructural elements of labor identified by professiographic analysis and checking for factor informativeness, expressed in a conditional 9-point scale using the double triple division method. Repeated assessment (retest) of the subjects’ professional training level revealed a significant (according to the t-test) improvement of the integral performance indicator (p<0,05) due to progressive shifts in its constituent criteria (from 11,7% to 18,4%).
