Retrospections of Students’ Physical Training Special Orientation Concept in the Universities of the Strategic Missile Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense

Abstract:
It is noted that the Strategic Missile Forces (Strategic Missile Forces) are a branch of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, the main component of its strategic nuclear forces. Purpose the work was to clarify the retro concepts of the special orientation of students’ physical training in the universities of the Strategic Missile Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense. Materials and research methods: in the process of work, methods of logical processing of information (distribution, grouping, comparison, generalization, abstraction) were used; retrospective, epistemological, system and content analyses; information compression; analytical forecasting; Information optimization. Results. In the USSR for the training of personnel of the Strategic Missile Forces there were: the Military Academy named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky; Krasnodar Higher Military Command and Engineering School of Missile Forces; Perm Higher Military Command and Engineering Red Banner School of Missile Forces named after Marshal of the Soviet Union V. I. Chuikov; Rostov Higher Military Command and Engineering School of Missile Forces named after Chief Marshal of Artillery M.I. Nedelin; Serpukhov Higher Military Command and Engineering School of Missile Forces named after Lenin Komsomol; Kharkov Higher Military Command and Engineering School of Missile Forces named after Marshal of the Soviet Union N. I. Krylov. Nowadays, training is carried out at the Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces named after Peter the Great. Conclusion. With regard to the universities of the Strategic Missile Forces, the main guiding document - the Manual on Physical Training and Sports in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (NFP-2001), put into effect by the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation No631 of December 31, 2000, did not fully reflect the special tasks of their physical training. Scientific novelty: it was revealed that in the retrodynamics of the requirements of governing documents for the physical readiness of students in the universities of the Strategic Missile Forces, the component of "psycho-emotional stability" with a normative system of verification and assessment was absent and still is not reflected today. Practical significance: the need for grant development of research in the aspect of a detailed study of professionally applied physical training targeted use transformation in conjunction with the ratio of team-engineering specialties and the experience of interchangeability of employees in the course of the special military operation has been actualized.
