Abstract:

The concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for
the period up to 2030, the National Doctrine of Education until 2025 are the main documents
that provide the regulatory framework for education in the Russian Federation. Materials.
The fundamentalization of education, the continuity of levels and stages of education, and the
continuity of education are chosen as priorities for the development of the education system
in our country. In the article, the fundamentalization of education is combined with an applied
orientation. Research methods. The provisions of philosophical and pedagogical anthropology
about man as a subject of law, about the nature and essence of human activity, the general
philosophical principle of the unity of the general, individual and special, a systematic approach.
an axiological approach that reveals the nature of the value aspect of professional education.
Results. The most important directions in the development of legal training, legal literacy
and legal awareness of the Russian Federation citizens in the manuscript are the following:
"Development of the teaching the basics of law practice in educational institutions of various
types, support for various options for regional models of legal education, development of training
courses that include legal topics, relevant educational programs, training and methodological
manuals, as well as improving the level of teachers legal literacy, conducting research and
experimental work for the purpose of scientific and methodological support of legal education".
Conclusion. The problem of forming a regulatory culture among social workers (including
specialists in the field of social tourism), since their activities are related to relationships with
people of different categories from vulnerable segments of the population (pensioners, students,
disabled people, etc.). Work with this contingent has a pronounced humanistic character and is
carried out on the basis of the individual's right priority to a decent life and self-realization in
society in compliance with social norms.
