Analysis of commercial sports clubs activity in the conditions of the pandemic

Abstract:

Nowadays great amount of people face the problem of searching the most effective solutions. The sources of the solutions are not only books and scientific works in the sphere of physical culture teaching, but also the opinion of the businessmen. They have commercial sports clubs, and are able to estimate the situation form their point of view. There goes an important transfer from scientific concepts, far from real life, to the skills of a usual adaptation of a person to different conditions. Coronavirus pandemic showed that our life not always can be adapted to such quick changes and a person is not always able to find the solution getting a new angle on the problem. Materials. Sports clubs activity analysis in the conditions of the pandemic. Research methods. Information sources and Internet-resources, documents of a sports organization analysis, a questionnaire and questions for the interview creation, the received information summarizing and synthesis, comparative analysis. Results. We studied information sources concerning the topic of the research, described the peculiarities of sports management, the functions and commercial activity of sports clubs, studied the system of sports organizations management during the period of the restrictive measures. Successful functioning of a sports club depends on the abilities and creative skills of a manager, his creativity, ability to plan rationally and predict, the ability of the services manoeuvring with the help of marketing tools and advertising, readiness to face different emergency situations. In any sphere of services there are periods of effectiveness decrease. In order to prevent these periods in conditions of COVID-19 pandemic or significantly level financial indices of own enterprise after the restrictive measures, it is necessary to be ready for them, analyze the dynamics of attendance within the same past periods, in order to see the peaks and decline in every direction. There should be a plan and a clear schedule of each stage realization. Before introduction of any event a person should realize the result that would be achieved. Conclusion. The whole sphere of sport entered a new cycle of its development: in the nearest future not only the corresponding to the situation methodologies of sports trainings would be created, but also the ways of bankruptcy prevention among commercial enterprises. If gyms, swimming pools and stadiums are not able to find the way out of the problems, after the complete restrictive measures abolition there will be physical activity decrease among the population. At the same time, distressful uncertainty concerning the future provides the whole sphere development from an unexpected point of view, gives a chance to open new opportunities and reveal the potential of a great amount of people. Nowadays there is a positive beginning of this process among athletes and ordinary people.
