Abstract:

Nowadays professional sport is one of the best paid kinds of activity. That is why many young people try to enter professional teams of a high level. However, the training process is very often organized with a high volume and intensity and that is why not every even healthy person is able to cope with it without any harm to health. Materials. Dynamic control over the functional state and vegetative reactivity of the main players of different roles in a football team by means of the method of heart rate variability indices analysis during an active orthostatic test in order to define the types of football players’ vegetative regulation and correct the training process of the whole team. 3 main players of a youth team from “Rubin” football club (Kazan) took part in the research: a defender, a halfback and a forward. Electrocardiogram was registered with the help of biological signal amplifier “ECG Dongle” of joint stock company “Nordavind” (Moscow). Electrocardiogram was handled with the help of “Iskim 6.2” LLC “Ramena” (Ryazan) program. Research methods. Information sources analysis and summarizing, heart rate variability indices analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. During the period of diagnosing we managed to reveal the type of football players’ vegetative regulation, the state of overtraining and prevent cardiovascular system pathologies among the players. The coaching staff took into account the functional state of athletes and corrected the training process of the whole team. Conclusion. The uniqueness of the research is in heart rate variability indices distant determination. It helps to improve the quality of electrocardiogram registration and get more accurate heart rate variability indices. It is held in comfortable for an athlete conditions. An active orthostatic test helps to define more precisely the functional state of athletes by means of vegetative reactivity of heart rate variability indices estimation.
