Conditions of higher education efficiency improvement

Abstract:
General political and social-economic crisis has the most destructive impact on the state education system, the state of which conditions the nature of the activity in all spheres of social life. Materials. Theoretical and methodological significance substantiation of revealing the conditions. They provide education development in accordance with the needs of the society. Research methods. Scientific and methodological sources analysis, progressive pedagogical experience summing up, lectures-discussions, conversations, pedagogical observations, questionnaires, mathematical processing of research results. Results. We organized a questionnaire survey. It helped to reveal the conditions of interest in education: among the leading conditions of a qualitative education renewal in Russia respondents mentioned the following: the transition of the country to a steady social-economic development and population well-being improvement, teachers’ professionalism improvement, connection setting between education, science and practice. Insufficient financing and poor material-technical support led to the authority of higher education decrease, as the forge of highly-qualified specialists, who provide economic and cultural development of the country. Conclusion. The present research work has practical relevance, as we revealed the main conditions of Russian education renewal in accordance with the needs of the society. The model of further country development determines the sphere of education as the leading one. It shows the direction of the country development. A new system of education is directed to form a versatile harmonious personality with a high level of spiritual-moral development, with the need for a constant knowledge getting, desire to realize self-actualization.
