Abstract:

High results achievement in training athletes is impossible without thoroughly created program of training taking into account individual characteristics of athletes and constant control over their functional state, as for an effective training process management it is necessary to have information about an athlete, know his anthropometric, physiological and sports results. However, on the other hand, an effective training process management is impossible without timely and sufficient information in a form of feedback concerning athletes’ organism state. In this connection urgent becomes the role of automized information systems (in particular websites), which have to increase the effectiveness of the training process. Materials. 40 different applications and Web-sites analysis, which work both on mobile and table devices, mainly realized in fitness industry for competitiveness and attendance in the clubs increase. Research methods. Information sources analysis and summarizing, theoretical analysis of the problem, different applications and Web-sites study, modeling. Result. We created the structural scheme of Web-site “Self-control of an athlete’s functional state”. Different applications and Web-sites (more than 40) study showed that the amount of mobile applications is more than table devices. However, both mobile and table applications are first of all oriented toward fitness-industry, power trainings (bodybuilding, powerlifting) and they have general (similar) units: taking into account the content of power trainings, making programs of trainings, programs of nutrition, calorage of food calculation and analysis. Some of them can control functional state in a form of taking into account heart rate, psycho-emotional state. Conclusion. The absence of objective automized means of functional state express diagnostics, constant control over organism indices dynamics makes the process of training loads planning difficult and increases the probability of pathological changes. In this connection it is extremely important to organize constant, everyday control over the health state and a functional state of an athlete with Web-site creation.
