Abstract:
As the analysis of scientific data obtained as a result of research in various sports shows, the use of game tasks in the training process of children aged 6-7 years has a number of advantages. This method of conducting classes most corresponds to the age and functional characteristics of preschool children. Tasks. To study the features of the game method application in the training process of young taekwondists. To develop a methodology for the application of special game tasks aimed at the development of physical qualities and the formation of technical skills of preschool children in taekwondo classes. To experimentally substantiate the methodology of using special game tasks aimed at the development of physical qualities and the formation of technical skills of preschool children in taekwondo classes. Research methods. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature, generalization of practical work experience: conversations with trainers, questionnaires, pedagogical observations, control tests, pedagogical experiment, expert evaluation method, methods of mathematical statistics. Result. It is proved that the inclusion of game tasks in the training of young taekwondists contributes to a more successful development of physical qualities and a significant improvement in the quality of technical preparedness. In the experimental group, the indicators of physical performance, explosive power, speed endurance, general endurance, coordination and flexibility were significantly higher than in the control group. The level of physical qualities development in the experimental group compared to the control group was higher by 11.8%, explosive power — by 13.1%, speed endurance — by 6.05%, total endurance — by 13.55%, coordination — by 23.7%, flexibility — by 51.5%. Conclusion. The use of the game method in the initial training groups helped to maintain a steady interest and motivation for taekwondo classes. In the experimental group, the number of pupils who came after the summer holidays was 87.5%, and in the control group — 43.8%. Practical significance. the developed method of preliminary preparation, based on the use of special game tasks in groups of preschool children in taekwondo classes, allows to significantly increase the effectiveness of the physical qualities development, increase the speed of technical skills formation and contributes to the preservation of sustained interest and motivation for taekwondo classes. The results of the study can be used in the preparation of program and regulatory documents for children's sports schools, sports clubs at the place of residence, institutions of additional education of various profiles.
