The respiratory system development during physical culture lessons among students

Abstract:

Respiration is one of the most important ongoing processes in the human body, affecting all of its physiological functions. Sufficiently developed respiratory apparatus provides the full vital activity of the whole organism tissues cells. Numerous research works proved that the most developed ability of the human body to assimilate oxygen leads to high physical working capacity. Materials. The article presents the results of studying an effective corrective influence of respiratory methodologies on physical working capacity of students at academic and independent physical culture lessons. Research methods. We used the methods of scientificmethodical literature analysis, systematization, comparison, pedagogical experiment, interview, conversations, observation, statistical data handling. Results. The article presents the results, received during systematic respiratory exercises fulfillment at independent lessons. The necessity to fulfill respiratory exercises in terms of difficult situation with coronavirus infection. It influences first of all lung apparatus. Conclusion. It should be noted that systematic fulfillment of respiratory exercises at independent and physical culture lessons strengthens the function of breathing, improves physical and mental indices.
