Competitive load influence on athletes’ organism in striking kinds of the Olympic combat sports

The process of training highly-qualified athletes is the subject of the research works of many scientists. It is necessary to have correct notion of the differences in periodization of training athletes from the national teams, reserve teams, including sports schools. These differences should be reflected during the training process, while choosing means and methods of training. Otherwise using different means and methods during the training process, before the main start, can lead to a negative result.
