Abstract:

The article is about the approach to estimating the effectiveness of professional activity of a teacher in terms of native education paradigm change in the existing standards of education. The aim of the research: to reveal and test the mechanisms and ways of estimating professional activity of a teacher on the basis of secondary schools, taking into account modern demands claimed on educational results.
