Abstract:

Trampolining is one of the most effective means of physical qualities development. As a rule, highly qualified trampoliners have a high level of power oriented, speed-strength qualities development, are able to perform amplitude and difficult for coordination motor actions. At the same time, psychological training improvement, in the opinion of native and foreign researchers, should be accompanied by the level of adaptive reserves of the vital body systems increase. It can significantly reduce the risks of sports injuries and pathological changes in the cardiovascular system development. Considering the training sessions, a real study was conducted concerning the influence of this sports discipline on the level of physical qualities development and the regulatory-adaptive potential of the cardiovascular system. Material. The athletes of the Astrakhan region, who train on a double mini trampoline, took part in the research (41 people). The results of functional tests, control standards, resumes of practitioners were used as material for the work. Research methods. Summarizing specialized native and foreign literature, the results of control standards, functional tests analysis. Statistical processing was carried out using standard methods of variation statistics using Statistica 20 (USA) package. Validity of differences according to Student’s t-test. Differences were considered valid in case p<0.05. Correlation analysis was performed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Result. As a result of the research, we received the data confirming significant changes in physical qualities development, hemodynamic parameters and reserve indices of the cardiovascular system.
