The share of psychology and pedagogics of physical education in a specialist’s readiness realization for the activity according to the profile

Abstract:

We formulated the problem, on the one hand, in the need for psychological and pedagogical readiness provision of the full-fledged population of the country for activity; on the other hand, in the scientific incompleteness of the “readiness” definition essence and the aspects of psychological and pedagogical contents ratio in this process. Materials and research methods. Logical information processing (analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, induction); theoretical analysis and summarizing; retrospective analysis; theoretical modeling and forecasting. Results. We defined three key clusters of the problem under study: the ratio of successful and binary readiness of a specialist for activity; the ratio of cross-adaptation and cross- sensibilization in the readiness of the specialist for activity; the ratio of the “reach zone” thresholds in the brain processes study of the human body by pedagogics and psychology of physical education. Conclusion. A classification of scientific views of the information field correlation of psychology and pedagogy of physical education in the content of the thesaurus of a specialist’s readiness for activity. It means the need for its binary consideration, an algorithm of “cross-adaptation”, “proactive adaptation” and “cross-sensibilization” states formation in the system of university training of graduates. Scientific novelty. We studied interconnection between the psychological and pedagogical components in physical education of a person in order to form a specialist’s readiness for the activity; we defined the methodological concepts of its formation, in particular, the necessity to achieve a specific “slice” of the most involved parameters of his physical conditions, the functional state of an organism and morphological characteristics. Practical significance. Insufficient level of the mentioned components of readiness development predicts the “placebo” of an effective specialist’s training efforts against the background of stress.
