Abstract:

The relevance of the study is determined by the general focus on improving the protective properties of the students' body, mobilizing reserve capabilities, if necessary, normalizing metabolic processes, optimizing the interaction of motor and vegetative functions through optimal distribution of physical activity (motor activity) during the day, week, month, semester. The study was conducted with the aim of systematization and structuring of students' motor activity during the week, increasing the interest of students in physical education classes in a distance format, forming a thoughtful approach to building a weekly algorithm of motor activity. Research methods. The achievement of the goals defined in this work was carried out on the basis of the universal general scientific research methods application within the framework of comparative, logical and statistical analysis, through structural and dynamic analysis. Empirical, theoretical and qualitative research methods were applied. Results. According to the results of the study, there is clearly a significant increase in the interest of students of the EG in physical education classes in the proposed format, a fairly high level of attendance in the EG compared to sixteen KG, Presumably, interest in such classes has increased due to the active participation of students in planning their microcycle of motor activity, adjustments in the process of working out the planned plans and the opportunity to share their thoughts and self-observations on the task. Conclusion. Planned physical education classes do not provide the necessary insufficiency load for students, therefore they should be included as an integral part in individual plans of students' motor activity. Planning of students' training should be carried out using the principles of sports training, with the active participation of the students themselves. It implies a selective choice of forms and means of physical culture.
